Shipping charges will be added after you place your order. Shipping times are after orders leave our warehouse and are just an estimate, not a guarantee. Standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. Shipping carriers are at the sole discretion of our company. All orders must be prepaid before they are shipped. We reserve the right to request additional information or identification from a customer before processing any order.

Some items may require a "freight charge", due to special packing and handling. If the shipping charge is over 20%, we will let you know "before" we process the order.

Shipping Schedule

Please keep in mind when ordering that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demands. Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment your order is placed. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock within 24hrs. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we will subtract it from you order and promptly refund that portion of your order. We usually do not place back orders unless an item is due in stock within a short period of time. We will, let you know an approximate date the item is expected back in stock and ask you to reorder at that time.

If we have any questions we will either email and/or call you at the telephone number you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
